About Jenna
I got my start in venues working security at The Cat Café on Jenova in January of 2021. This quickly expanded into me taking on pretty much every role there at one point or another. At the venues peak, I was responsible for ad spam, greeting, security and streaming for the venue on two characters all at the same time. I was a part of their management team and responsible for hiring, interviews and training as well. I have been doing these same things for many venues as they have come and gone ever since. I have been a key player in the establishment of 5 different brand-new venues and provide advice to new venues about how to proceed with their startup plans. In my real life, I am responsible for Kaizan (continuous improvement) and problem solving for a large Japanese manufacturing company. I enjoy bringing my problem-solving skills and training to the venue system of FFXIV. I only do SFW jobs, I will happily work in a NSFW venue but no touch The Jenna. I also only work in my black maid outfit, consider it a calling card of sorts.

When I am not doing venue stuff I fish, I am well known for this on Jenova and have caught every fish in the game multiple times. Including so far getting the Big Fish title twice. I also am President and CEO of Jenna Marie’s Fishing Company INC. LTD. and created a stock market for the company where people can buy in and profit from my fishing, or help me fish if they so desire. I enjoy teaching people how to fish as it is much more complicated than most think.

I several different venues throughout the week. I tend to try and work at the ones that I feel need me the most on those nights because of staff shortages or other needs.

Skills
I mostly work as a greeter, ad spammer and as security as I am good at handling trolls and “problems”. I am also good at stepping into someone else’s shoes when necessary and can change roles on the fly when needed.

I’ve done just about everything there is to do at a venue and am constantly looking for new and unique ideas that haven’t been done before. I have helped many venues by giving advice and helping them get started.
Interesting Accomplishments
I lead the largest fish train in history during the Fishcord Fishfest 2023 and wrote the trivia for one of their other events.
I have caught Warden of the Seven Hues 68 times and counting!
On my first night working at the Monochrome Maiden that at the time did not allow Lalas, I had to shut down a 6 Lala riot. I did so successfully and remain friends with several of them.
Also at MM we had an evening in which for one reason or another, the manager could not show up in time for the venues opening and they had no entertainment for the evening. I took it upon myself to hire a bard and get the venue up and running in about 10 minutes. This is a screenshot of the turnout that evening.
Back in July of 2021 I ran security for an event involving every server of the data center. It was a march across several zones involving hundreds of people. I helped direct traffic and dealt with the trolls that popped up. The event was a huge success.
I am responsible for The Meow Mix Wars of March 2021, ask me for more details. Long story short, if you’ve ever wondered why so many venues have Meow Mix on their menu, it is because of Jenna.
